1000 Animals for you to learn about and care for! All levels are welcome, from children who have never been on a horse to those who have been riding their entire lives. The age group is 3 to 15 years.
Activities:
- Daily horseback riding, involving arena lessons which focus on the fundamentals of horse and rider, and fun lessons which encourage relaxed enjoyment of their equine friends. Fun lessons include bareback horse riding, groundwork, liberty tick training, and playing games on the horseback and gymnastics on the horse. Riding lessons will be divided in age and level groups.
- Stable management and horsemanship skills, divided in hands-on learning and theory classes about horse care, grooming, safe handling, feeding, horse emotions, how to approach the horse, horse health, bathing a horse.
- Arts and crafts, making a stall sign for your horse, decorating a horse shoe, pimp your horse, making a rosette, painting a real horse, etc.
- Games and outdoor activities, relay race, treasure hunt, find five.
- Meet, greet and interact with all our animals, children will get to hold, pet and feed them.
- Cooking, all children will take part in the preparation of lunch. Starting with egg hunting from our very own chickens to cooking and decorating. And not to forget, decorating, baking and eating home-made pizza!

Dates for 2024 will be available soon. Camp hours: drop off 08.30 / pick up 13.30. Ask about the possibilities for a later pick-up time.
Rates
- The fee per camp (4 days) is 250 JOD. Cancellation will not be accepted, whatever the circumstances may be. Receipts are available upon request.
- Places are limited.
- Registration is on first come first serve basis and is only confirmed once full payment 250 JOD and forms have been received, at least 10 days before the starting date.
- Sibling and / or multiple weeks’ discount: Save 10 %.
Food & Drinks
Summer camp food is the best! There will be a snack buffet with cakes, fruits, chips, healthy bites and unlimited drinks (juices and fresh cold water). Everyone at the summer camp gets together for lunch. Some examples for the menu are pizza, pasta, hotdogs, toasties and pancakes. We will end the camp with a big barbeque party!
If the participant has a special diet or a food allergy, we just need to know ahead of time.
What you need to bring
- A great daily dose of humor
- Apron or oversized t-shirt/shirt for crafting to protect riding clothes.
- Horse riding gear (or closed shoes and long pants).
- Sun protection: hat, lotion, long sleeves.
- A refillable water bottle
- Fancy dress for your final day and accessories to pimp your horse to match
Extra measures
- Hand-washing stations are provided and participants will be reminded to wash hands frequently.
- A first aid certified staff is on the premises at all times.
